Our rates are based on a three-day rental period, one day to pick up, one day to use, and one day to return. Longer use periods can be arranged for additional charges.
Quotes and Proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. We encourage you to reserve your equipment as far in advance as possible. Equipment and items will be reserved for a 50% deposit to hold your equipment for you, and the remaining balance to be paid a minimum of 10 days prior to your scheduled delivery. Equipment cancelled less than 7 days from event will be charged full rental price. All orders $150 or under, scheduled 7 days prior to event or for holidays full payment is required.
Cancellation can be made with no penalty up until 10 days prior to the delivery date.
Cancellations made 10-4 days (240-73 hours) prior to delivery will face a 20% of the items canceled charge.
Cancellation made 3-2 days (72-25 hours) prior to delivery will face a 50% of the items canceled charge.
Cancellations made 1 day(24 hours) or less prior to delivery will be full price.
Delivery Charges are based on distance traveled. We will stack the equipment within 50 feet of the truck parking spot and expect to pick up the equipment stacked in the same spot. Our services does not include set up and take down of tables and chairs unless specified in package. No equipment may be taken down and used at different location unless KP Tents and Events gives consent.
Your 50% deposit holds your equipment for you, and the balance must be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to your scheduled event, or scheduled delivery time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
